Ingredients
Basil, 4 leaves Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsWater, tap, 1/4 cup )
Directions
Roll chives in basil leaves and chiffanade
Place in bowl all liquid ingredients and add herbs
Mix thoroughly
Season to taste with salt, lemon pepper and powdered mustard
