Lentil Soup (homemade)

Ingredients
1 cup onion1 cup carrots2 cloves of garlic1 tbsp canola oil or any oil preferred or ghee1 cup mung beans1 cup vegetable broth1 cup water1 dash of salt to taste1 tsp of marsala spice
Directions
Makes 2 1 - cup servings

Heat oil in heavy bottom pain add all ingredient except for water and broth and sauté for a few minutes until onion are translucent add broth and enough water to fully cover the lentils. When simmering cover and lower temperature make sure it doesn't dry out add water if it needs it. Cook until beans are tender and add spices to taste.
