Ingredients
Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove) Canola Oil, 0.25 cup (remove) Applesauce 1 3/4 cupApricots, dried, 0.75 cup, halves (remove) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 oz (remove) Pumpkin Seeds, 2 oz (85 seeds) (remove) Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) Oats, 2 cup (remove) Flour, whole grain, 1.50 cup (remove) *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp (remove) Yogurt, 1%, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Mix Dry, Mix Wet in other bowl, combine. Wipe 9 x 13 inch pan with oil and dust with flour. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350. Score bars.
