Concord Grape and Peach Protein shake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (about 8 to 10 grapes) Concord Grapes or any variety is good- 1/2 Fresh peach- 1/2 cup 2% milk (or fat free)- 1 tbsp of protein (any kind is ok)- 3 tbsp of flax seed- 4 tbls of uncooked oatmeal
Directions
put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired thickness. for a thicker shake freeze your fruit. makes approx 1 8 oz serving. great for your breakfast right after your morning run or an afternoon snack/lunch.
