Ingredients
4 slices turkey breast4 medium lettuce leaves4 scallions4 red bell pepper stripsCilantro Mayo (not included in NI)
Directions
Place 1 turkey slice on a lettuce leaf spread with Cilantro mayo (see recipe). Add 1 scallion and 1 red pepper strip. Fold tightly in to a cigar like roll.

Ham may be substituted for turkey. Cilantro Mayo can be used as a dip instead of a spread.
