Eggface Cake Carmel/Banana

Ingredients
1 Egg, beaten3 Tablespoons Milk (I used Vanilla Soy)2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup 2 Tablespoons Banana, mashed2 Tablespoons Canola Oil3 Tablespoons Multigrain Pancake Mix (or bisquik heart smart)1 teaspoon Cinnamon1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg1 Tablespoon Pecans, chopped1 scoop Vanilla Protein PowderPinch salt1 Measuring Cup or Microwave Safe Mug
Directions
Add all dry ingredients to cup. Mix up wet ingredients and add to dry mixing to combine. Microwave 2 minutes & let sit for 2-3 min. Serve w/ light whipped topping and chopped nuts and bananas.
