2 boneless skinless pork chops1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place porkchops in caserole dish. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
