I had been wanting to cook my stepfather bbq pork but was worried about the salt content in the store made sauces... I followed the recipe exacly except I added more brown sugar to make it a little sweeter... I served it up with corn tortillas and sante fe corn and it was AMAZING!!! We love it! - 7/11/10

I never noticed that, so I checked and the pork cutlets I entered was calculated by a member who only entered the calories and fat. I changed the pork cutlet to pork tenderloin for calculation purposes, and now I think it's correct . That added some sodium, but it's still low. Thanks for noticing it

so I will try this tonight, but will make a few changes, I haven't any fresh garlic, so I will sub garlic powder, I also have boneless pork chops on hand, so will use those instead. also I think I will use chipolte chilie powder instead of regular...love the depth of flavor it has.
