Yummy Peach Pie (Low Fat)

1 can - Sliced Peach (29 oz)1 can - Dole Pineapple Juice (6 oz)1 cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup - Splenda2 tsp - vanilla extract1 tsp - cinnamon1 Tbsp - fresh lemon juice3 Tbsp - Flour2 Tbsp - unsalted butterPillsbury Pie Crust (2 rolls)
Combine butter and flour over medium heat until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
Put 1 roll of pie crust into a 9 inch pie dish.
Pour peach mixture into pie dish.
Cover with other roll of pie crust
Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.
Enjoy!
