* *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 1.5 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove) * Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove) * *Brown Rice, long grain, .33 cup (remove) * Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup (remove)Add an Ingredient
Directions
saute garlic onion and carrot. Add spices and beans, corn and rice and broth bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until desired doness of rice.
