Ingredients
Beef chuck pot roast 3 pounds 1 large onion, chopped3 potatoes peeled and cut into large pieces 4 carrots peeled and cut into large pieces 1 cup warm water 2 beef bouillon cubes OR onion soup mix
Directions
Mix together bouillon and water. Place vegetables in mixture. Top with pot roast and coat roast with broth. Cook on High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
