Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

Lean Ground Hamburger Meat (95%) 24 oz (uncooked)White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cups uncookedHunts tomato sauce, 13 cups serving canOnions, raw, 1 cup chopped2 Green Bell Peppers 1 Large egg
Place 1 C tomato sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
Cut 2 peppers in half lengthwise (should make 4 half peppers)and take seeds out and clean off. Set Aside.
Chop onion finely set aside.
In a separate bowl mix meat, 1 C of tomato sauce, 1 egg, then add onions.
Mix well.
Form a rough ball and place one into each of the 4 bell peppers.
You should have plenty of meat left to make about 5 meatballs (for the kids that dont want the peppers).
Place the peppers on top of the sauce in crockpot. Place meatballs on top, add remaining sauce on top. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
