Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner, Low sodium

Ingredients
2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into strips (could be done after cooking)1 lbs. baby carrrots1 lbs, baby red potatoes, cut in half1/2 lbs finely chopped onions4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
Directions
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker, add potatoes, carrots, and onions. Pour vegetable broth over top. Cook on low for about 6 hours or on high about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

    I made it hoping it would be done on high in an hour and a half like it said but was not. It had to be cooked at least another hour on high. - 4/30/15
