1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce1/4 c. Ketchup2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce2 Garlic Gloves or Garlic paste1 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin1/4 tsp. Tabasco - I use more2 lbs Ground Turkey1 Small Onion1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
Small bowl mixed together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic paste, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco - stir until sauce is smooth. In a large bowl mix Ground Turkey, Onion, Bread Crumbs and 1/4 cup of sauce until combined well and form into six 3/4 inch thick patties. Burgers may be prepared up to this point 1 day ahead and chilled. Divide remaining sauce in hald and put in seperate bowls, half for brushing on the grill and half for drizzling on cooked burgers. chill Sauce, covered.
