German Oven Pancake

Ingredients
7 eggs (The more eggs, the denser it will be)1/2 cup milk1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt2 Tbsp sugar1 tsp vanilla2 TBSP melted butter
Directions
Pour melted butter in the bottom a 9 x 13 casserole pan, making sure the bottom is coated. (Baking spray does not work to keep this recipe from sticking) Blend all other ingredients in the blender until the flour is thoroughly mixed. Pour into pan and put in a 350 oven for 25-35 minutes. When the top is crusty and the pancake really puffy, it is done. DO NOT check for doneness with a knife or fork, as this will cause the pancake to fall.
