Vegetarian Taco Salad

Ingredients
2 cups fresh baby spinach1 large tomato, chopped1/3 cup diced scallions1 1 oz package doritoes, crushed1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese4 tbsp Horizon lowfat sour cream1 tbsp tree of life organic ketchup2 tbsp taco bell mild restaurant sauce1 cup kidney beans1/2 package taco seasoning mix
Directions
Cook kidney beans in taco mix and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water. Blend sour cream, ketchup and taco bell sauce. Mix all ingredients together, stir well and serve.
