10 oz or 1 1/2 cups cooked dark meat chicken, chopped'1/4 cup craisins1/2 cup celery, finely chopped2 Tbs. onion, minced2 Tbs light mayonaise (Duke's)2 Tbs plain yogurt1/4 tsp prepared yellow mustard1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp black pepper
