Banana Breakfast "Pancakes" or "Cookies"

Ingredients
* 4 large bananas * 3/4 cup rolled oats * 2 tbsp chia seeds * 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut * 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (or regular milk) * 1 tbsp cinnamon * 1/4 cup pnut butter * 25 grams dark chocolate chips * 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mash everything together.

Heat + grease a pan over medium heat.

Plop a heaping spoonful into pan and flatten a little. Heat on 1 side for 3-5min, until browned.

Flip to other side [or mash around] and cook for another 3+ minutes.

Makes about ten palm sized cookie/pancakes.
