Caprese Salad Becca

Ingredients
1 large ripe tomato1 cucumber1/4 lb (1 ball) fresh mozzarella10 leaves fresh basil5 leaves fresh oregano2 Tblsp extra virgin olive oil2 Tblsp balsamic vinegar2 Tblsp red cooking wine
Directions
Note that "fresh mozzarella" is a specific kind of cheese: it comes in ball form, packed in brine or whey. It's very soft, sweet & delicate.

Slice tomatoes, cucumbers & cheese into thin rounds. Layer in a glass salad bowl.
Mix all other ingredients and drizzle over salad. Serve cold.
