Ingredients:*Barilla Lasagna Noodles (2 noodles per serving), 6 serving (remove)*HyVee Mozarella Cheese (Low moisture, part skim), 1 cup (remove)*Frigo low fat ricotta cheese (1/4 cup), 4 serving (remove)*Archer Farms Asiago Cheese, 4 oz (remove)Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Classico Traditional Marinara with Plum Tomatoes, 5 serving (remove)Cheese- Parmesan Cheese - Grated, 1 oz (remove)
Directions
Cook Lasagna Noodles according to package directions. Place in large bowl with ice water. Meanwhile, prepare cheeses. Put 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce In a 9 x 13 pan, 2 Mix cheeses together, saving 4 T of Mozzarella for top. place 2 T. cheese mixture on one end of lasagna noodle. Roll tightly, and place in dish. Repeat with remaining noodles. Top with reserved Mozzarella.Cover and bake at 400 Degrees for about 60 minutes. Uncover and broil til top cheese is browned). Allow 2 per person
