I cup walnuts(any nut is fine)1 1/3 cup chopped dates1 tsp vanilla extract3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
Put all into food processor and blend up. Use a spoon to scoop "dough" out and roll into about 14 balls. Refrigerate.
