Ingredients
mix together 2 eggs, 2 TBS milk, 1/4 c oats, salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.spray pan with cooking spray, add eggs and scrambletop with shredded cheese.Great for a to go breakfast. Heats up well when you get to work if you don't cook it completely done.
