1.5kg fresh apples, peeled and cored1 cup water2 cups Splenda no-calorie sweetner4 grams cloves6 grams cinnamon6 cardomom pods
In a pot or wok, cook all ingredients together for aournd half an hour or untill apple is soft but not "sauce" yet.
Serve luke-warm with vanilla icecream or fozen yoghurt.
