Mushroom Flan

Ingredients
Yellow Mustard, 1 tbspCanola Oil 1tsp Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 300 gramsEgg, fresh, 2 largeFresh Chives, 1 tbsp choppedPepper, black, 1 tspMushrooms, 225 grams
Directions
Cut mushrooms into slices and fry until cooked and juices have been cooked off.

Place on kitchen roll to absorb any juices released after cooking while mixing rest of filling.

Blend eggs, cheese, mustard together.

Place mushrooms in baking dish and pour over egg/cheese mixture.

Top with chives and black pepper

Bake at 180'C (350'F, Gas4) for 30mins until set and golden.

    I enjoyed the recipe quite a bit! But since I'm used to using cups/ounces instead of grams, the conversions would be:
    Cottage cheese: About 1-1/3 cups.
    Mushrooms-8 ounces. - 8/23/10
