Guilt-free "fudge"

Ingredients
1 box brownie mix ( your choice)1 can pumpkin (just regular, not the spiced kind for pie!)2 Tbsp peanut butter
Directions
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees*

mix the brownie mix & pumpkin in a large bowl until smooth.

pour into an 8x8 in pan (no larger, or it won't come out right)

microwave peanut-butter until smooth & pourable

spoon PB over brownie mixture. use a knife to swirl PB into top of mix

bake for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil, and place in fridge for a few hours to cool. (batter will appear dark & undercooked- that's good!)

cut into 25 pieces, and ENJOY!

    good and slightly addictive!! I could only find pumpkin pie filling (so with the spices) and I only had cashews on hand, so made cashew butter instead (doesn't 'melt' very well...but still yummy!). great for those chocolate cravings!! thanks! - 6/22/08
