Chocolate Forest Cake

Ingredients
2 Tblsp. Cool Whip Free1 WW Double Chocolate Chip Muffin, sliced horizontally1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
Place all frozen fruit in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, until fruit is hot and bubbly and the juices are released. Cool slightly.

Place each room temperature muffin half in a dessert dish. Top each with 1/2 fruit mixture. Top fruit with 1 Tblsp Cool Whip Lite.

Drizzle fruit half of remaining fruit juice on and around each topped muffin.

Serve warm. 2 Servings.
