Soft Fish Taco with Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
4 oz tuna (or other )steak2 tsp fresh lime juice1/2 tsp cumin1 clove garlic1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 med fresh tomato, diced1/4 cup avocado, chopped1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Preheat grill or broiler. Rinse and pat dry tuna steak. Mince garlic and combine with one teaspoon of lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon cumin and olive oil in a bowl. Marinade tuna is lime juice mixture for at least 20 minutes, turning once. Chop tomato and avocado and mix with remainder lime juice and cumin in a separate bowl. Grill or broil tuna for about 5 minutes per side until no longer translucent; let cool and slice thinly. Warm tortilla per package direction. Place chopped lettuce in center of tortilla, top with sliced tuna and avocado salsa. Fold and serve.
