Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients
Ingredients: Turkey (dark meat), .5 cup, chopped or diced Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 strips Broccoli, fresh, .15 cup, chopped Cauliflower, raw, 5 floweret Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Heat oil in pan with salt and pepper to taste
Once hot, add meat
When meat is almost done, add veggies
Sautee until veggies are warm but still crisp, serve
