crock pot white chili

Ingredients
3 C cooked chicken breast - boneless skinless1 C onion - diced 900 ml chicken broth - fat free (1 carton)3 cans white kidney beans drained and rinsed1 zucchini peeled, chopped in large chunks1 hot banana pepper (or a mild pepper may be substituted)1 tsp black pepper1 tsp flaked chili pepper3 tsp cumin3 cloves garlic minced1 tsp oregano............................................when serving Top each bowl with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (included in nutritional info)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crock pot, except parmesan cheese. cook on low for 7 hr, you can cook on high for 4 hours but I prefer it on low - don't under cook or the beans won't break down and thicken the chili (can also slightly mash them once cooked)
Pour into bowls top with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
