Wheat Challah

Ingredients
2 egg whites3/4 cups water1 1/2 tsp salt (kosher)2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup unbleached flour 1/4 cup Evoo1/4 cup honey (kosher)2 tsp yeastGlaze: egg white & dash evoo beaten and brushed over risen loaf and then sprinkeled with seeds.
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine in the order listed set machine on the dough setting. Preheat oven to 350 degress and line baking tray with parchment. Place dough on a lightly floured or oiled board (I prefer using Evoo) and divide into 3 or 4 strands for braiding. Roll each strand and let rise 10 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet. Braid strands into loaf on board and place back on baking tray. Allow to rise for 30-60 minutes until doubled in size. Then brush with glaze and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
