Broccoli and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
6 large eggs3 tbls olive oil1/4 cup of milk 2%3 large white mushrooms chopped1 clove of garlic minced3/4 cup of broccoli florets chopped
Directions
Makes approximately 3 cups, 1 cup per servings

Take 6 large eggs in a mixing bowl, add milk and scramble until well blended.

Mince garlic, chop mushrooms and broccoli. Put olive oil in small frying pan on medium heat add garlic, mushrooms, and broccoli. Saute' until tender.

Add egg mixture, and cook until done.
