Egg Pancakes (Scandinavian Crepes)

Ingredients
4 eggs2 cups milk2 cups flour2 Tbsp sugardash of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together - but beat very little. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Rotate grill to spread very thin. Turn only once. Do not brown much. Serve with fruit, sugar, whipped cream, or any number of other toppings. Works great for a dessert with Nutella or as lunch with peanut butter in the middle too. Makes 11 1/3 cup servings.
