Yolkless and Mayoless Egg Salad

Ingredients
Cooked egg whites (diced)mustardalmond milkchivescottage cheese
Directions
Cook the egg whites and allow to cool
Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese and other ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. I added paprika and garlic for a little more flavoring
Dice up the egg whites once they've cooled and add them to the mixture. Refrigerate. Serve on Ezekiel bread or on a bed of fresh lettuce.

Makes one serving.
