egg drop soup

Ingredients
16 oz can 99% fat free chicken broth1 tbsp shallots or green onionstbsp corn starch1 egg
Directions
add corn starch to chicken broth. heat broth to a boil. add shallots. mix egg as if to scramble, drop egg into broth slowly. add cook for a few more minutes making sure all egg is cooked.
