Janis' Avocado Open Facers

Ingredients
1 T. mayonnaise (light)1 T. lemon juice4 slices whole wheat bread (toasted)1 avocado, peeled and slicedLeaf lettuce or spinach1 tomato, thinly sliced8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and drainedThousand Island dressing (or blue cheese or ranch dressing)
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and 1/2 lemon juice. Spread on one side of each slice of toast. Brush avocado with the other 1/2 lemon juice. Place lettuce, tomato slices, and avocado slices on toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crisscross 2 bacon slices on each. Spoon dressing over each.
