Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour4 tsp baking powder1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt3/4 tsp cream of tartar3/4 cup butter1 cup milk (1%)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, cut in butter and mix til crumbly. add milk and mix to form dough. roll out on floured board and cut into biscuits. bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
