1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, low-fat1/4 Basil, fresh1 Garlic clove2 cups whole wheat spagetti, cooked1 cup zucchini, chopped1 medium tomato, diced
Blend first three ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add mixture to cooked spagetti and zucchini. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes. Serve immediately.
