Cheesy chicken salad

Ingredients
6 oz. bag of Tyson Diced Chicken Breast1/4 of an apple (I used green), chopped1 oz. of chopped pecans4 tbsp of Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 tbsp of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce (I think any bbq sauce would work)1 English muffin, lightly toasted ( I liked the Thomas' Light Multigrain english muffin)about a 1/4 cup of Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Combine the chicken, apples, and pecans in a bowl. Pour the mayo and bbq sauce over the chicken mixture. Blend well. Lightly toast the english muffin. Scoop a spoonful onto each half of the muffin. Sprinkle cheese over each half so that it is covered. Place in microwave on a plate for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!!
