Old Fashioned Peach Pie

2 9 inch packaged pie crusts4 cups fresh peeled peaches, sliced1/2 cups all purpose flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp salt2 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place 1 pie crust in pan.
Place peaches in large bowl. In another bowl, mix dry ingrediants. Pour mixture over peaches and gentle mix. Pour into pie crust and dot with butter. Cover with other pie crust. Seal edges and cut several slits in crust to vent steam.
Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 30-35 minutes. If crust browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil. Cool at least 45 minutes before serving.
