I made this, substituting 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce for half of the oil and it came out great. Used a 17.5 oz. box of plain bran flakes plus 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup blueberry-flavored craisins and about 3/4 cup low-fat granola for crunch. Used only 2 cups of sugar. Baked @ 375, 20 mins. - 10/19/10
