2 Tbs.. Olive Oil1 Tbs. finely chopped celery2 Tbs. finely chopped onion1 can cream style corn2 cans yellow sweet corn1 can peas1 can tomato sauce1 - 29 oz can tomato puree2.5 lbs left over pork pulled Barbeque1 tsp. sugar (opitional, but calculated)Salt, Pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste.
Makes 12 one cup serviings. In large dutch oven saute celery and onion in olive oil. Add left over BBQ, tomato puree, tomato sauce, corn, peas and sugar. Heat on medium for 20 mins.
