tortilla, black beans, zuchinni, sweet peppers, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven on Broil. Sprinkle a little cheddar on tortilla and bake in oven for about 5 minutes. Take out and place sliced zuchinni, black beans, peppers, cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle w/ chili powder, salt & pepper and place back in oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy on bottom. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
