ZUCCHINI ALMOND PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
10 oz. whole wheat pasta1.5 lbs. zucchini, thinly sliced and halved3.5 oz. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled.75 c. slivered almonds, toasted.25 c,. chopped red onion5 T. olive oiljuice of one large lemonFresh ground pepper
Directions
Toss zucchini with salt, let sit for 20 min. rinse and drain.
Stir pasta, zucchini, almonds, onion, cheese together.
Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Toss with salad and add fresh ground pepper to taste.
