Garlic White Sauce

1 tsp olive oil4 cloves garlic (minced)4 tbsp basil4 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese2 oz white wine (optional)1/2 cup water
In a medium sauce pan cook minced garlic and basil in olive oil for about 30 seconds.
Reduce heat.
Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
Cook on medium/low heat, stirring often, for approx. 5 minutes or until sauce is smooth.
Add wine and water.
Cook on low for 2 - 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Spoon over some whole wheat pasta and serve immediately. I serve this on the side of grilled chicken too.
