Meatless Grilled Portabella Mushroom Cheeseburger

Ingredients
Portabella Mushroom Cap (s) one for each burgerArnold whole wheat sandwich thins one for each burgerCabot's low fat pepper jack cheese -shredded one once per burgerolive oilbalsamic vinegarpepperfresh picked oreganofresh picked thyme
Directions
Mix oil and vinegar together and brush each mushroom cap to coat both sides.
Place mushrooms on preheated grill and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, starting flat/smooth side down.
Turn mushroom and sprinkle with seasonings, continue cooking one minute or so, then sprinkle with cheese. Continue cooking and toast the bun while the mushroom finishes.
Serve with your favorite toppings.

    Had this for lunch - Fabulous!!! We are anxious to again with different variety of cheeses. DH had American today, I had mozzerella and cheddar mix. I think grilled onions would be a nice compliment as well. Delicious recipe. Thank you. - 2/16/13
