Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 T butter1/4 c. flour2-1/2 c. chicken broth1 tsp. dried coriander1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, divided2 c. cubed cooked chicken1 c. (4 oz) shredded Montered Jack cheese8 flour tortillas (7-8 Inches)1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
For sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in coriander and h alf of the chilies. in a bowl, combine the chicken, Monterey Jack cheese and remaining chilies.

Spoon 1/3 c. chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. pour sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 15-18 min. or until h eated through and cheese is melted.
