Carrot "Cake" (without the cake!)

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedPumpkin Pie spice, 1 tspButter, salted, 1 tbspBrown Sugar, 1 tsp packed
Directions
Place shredded carrots in a microwaveable bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Pierce the plastic wrap a couple times for the steam to release. Microwave for about 1- 1.5 minutes. The water from the carrots will steam them inside the bowl.

When they are soft, stir in butter, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar.
