Chocolate Chip Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients
butterMilk chocolate chipsgraulated sugareggall- propose floursaltvanilla extarctwhite chocolate rocky road ice cream
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a half sheet pan with 2 tsp of butter and set aside. In a med. pot melt the remaining stick of butter and milk chocolate over med-low heat. stirring occationally. remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl beat together the sugar and eggs. slowly add the chocolate mixture and mix well. sift the flour and salt into bowl and fold in the mixture. fold in the vanilla and white chocolate chunks. spoon out tablespoon sized cookies on sheet pan.

Remove from oven and put on a wire cooling rack. then take one cookie and spread an inch and a half thick plop of ice cream onto it. then sandwich it together with another. place on a sheet pan and place into the freezer to slightly harden, approx:30 mins.
