Ingredients
2 med zucchinis grated4 egg whites1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c non fat sour cream1/2 c skim milk1/2 chopped mushrooms fresh1 box jiffy corn muffin mixdill, minced onion, dash pepper
Directions
mix all ingredients in bowl...sprinkle with reduced fat parm cheese
bake on 400f for 50 mins
