Honey-Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbspThyme, ground, 1.5 tsp1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powderOlive Oil, 1 tspHoney, 2 tbspChicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed2 cups cooked brown rice - 1/2 cup for each serving
Directions
Combine thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken. Heat EVOO over medium heat and add chicken, cooking 7-8 minutes on each side until done. Reduce heat and remove chicken to platter. Add vinegar and honey to the pan, simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens, stirring constantly. Pour the glaze over the chicken and serve over 1/2 cup brown rice.
